He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Koscielniak and Pauline Koscielniak (Mankowski); and his brother Frank. He is survived by: his wife Mary Maxine Black; his daughter Linda Henderson; his grandchildren, Tyler Henderson (Teya) and Tara Sundy (Austin); and his great grandchildren, Ryker, Brooklyn and Lincoln Henderson.
