He is survived by: his father Jerry Forrest; his sisters, Cindy James (Dennis Kwapis) and Tiffany Forrest; his stepbrother Steven Cole; his stepmother Kimberly Taylor (Roland); and his nieces and nephews, Kimberly, Kristi, Katie, Chelsie and Daniel. He is also survived by eight nieces and nephews.
