He was predeceased by: his mother Leona Campbell (Joslin); and his brother Lyle. He is survived by: his father Walter Campbell of Lewiston; his wife Frances Campbell (Putnam) of Johannesburg; his son Martin Campbell of Johannesburg; his granddaughter Isabelle; and his siblings, Lisa Basel (Dan) of Minnesota, Larry Campbell (Renee) of Johannesburg, Lane Campbell of Lewiston and Linc Campbell (Merisa) of Johannesburg.
