It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Duane F. Westphal of Johannesburg, Michigan, born in Saginaw, Michigan, who passed away on February 18, 2024, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Herman and Madalyn; and his siblings, Ken and Shirley. He is survived by: his wife Royla; and his children, Lori, Scott, Seth, Karen and Tonica. He is also survived by 17 grandchildren; 20 great-grandchildren; and several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
In lieu of flowers, contributions in Duane's memory may be made to the Otsego County 4-H program.
