He was predeceased by: his father Gerald "Jerry" Smith; his grandparents, Gerald, Birdell Roberts, Arch and Ruth Smith; and his brother Terry Smith.
He is survived by: his mother Chloe Smith (Roberts); his wife Lisa Smith (Willmont); his sons, Austin Smith (Jessika) and Taylor Smith (Briana); his grandchildren, Connor, Collin, Charleigh and Cole; and his siblings, Tim Smith, Todd Smith (Cori) and Melissa Ramberg (Aaron).
