It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Sandra Ann Norman of Jerome, Michigan, born in Monroe, Michigan, who passed away on April 9, 2024, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Howard Stoner and Mary Elizabeth "Betty" Stoner (Sweeney); her husband James Carrol Norman; her siblings, Mary "Betsy" Erickson (Herb), Howard Stoner Jr. and Paul Stoner (Susan); and her brothers-in-law, Jack Norman and Thomas Norman.
She is survived by: her children, Jim Norman (Dawn) of Ann Arbor, Carrie Southerland (Roy) of Jerome and Kathy Norman (Scott Mecham) of Carleton; her sister Margaret Maddox (Larry) of Troy; her sisters-in-law, Sonya Stoner of Germany and Joyce Norman of Carleton; her grandchildren, Olivia, Gillian, Nicole, Jordan, Jackson, Michael and Brady; and her great grandchild Ellie. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorials in her honor are suggested to Monroe Missionary Baptist Church Crafting Ministry.
