He was predeceased by: his parents, Benjamin Mikolajczyk and Eleanor Mikolajczyk (Nowicki); and his son John Mikolajczyk. He is survived by: his wife Teresa; his son Michael Mikolajczyk (Barbara); and his siblings, Ann Pearsall (William), Debbie Mikolajczyk, Richard Mikolajczyk (Deborah), Dale Mikolajczyk (Marcia) and Marion Mikolajczyk (Patricia). He is also survived by 4 grandchildren; 5 great-grandchildren.
