It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of John R. McClain Jr. of Jerome, Michigan, who passed away on December 4, 2022, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, John McClain and Sarah McClain Sr. (Vincent); and his stepdaughter Lisa Bates. He is survived by: his wife Janice; his children, Debra Beaverson, Brenda Dennis (Steve), Randy McClain (Mary Ellen), Roger McClain (Linda), Dennis McClain (Ellen) and Sarah Stemen (Greg); his stepchildren, Thomas Bates (Kelly) and Pam Wright; his brothers, Tom McClain (Anna) and Ronald McClain (Vickie); and his sister-in-law Evelyn Olson. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren.
