He was predeceased by: his parents, William Cook and Marceal Cook (Clark); his wife Claribel; his son Steven Cook; and his siblings, Richard "Dick" Cook, Mabel Rutan and Marlene Hoffman.
He is survived by: his children, Alan Cook (Susan), David Cook (Karen Trudgen), Stanley Cook (Tammy) and Jennifer Tompkins (Tim); his daughter-in-law Christy Cook; and his grandchildren, Casey, Trisha, David, Daniel, Christopher, Kaitlyn, Carrie, Adam, Joseph, Caleb, Becka, Abi, Joshua, Jessica, Nicholas, Jamie, Kelly, Rachel and Caige. He is also survived by twenty-seven great grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.
