She was predeceased by: her parents, John Koly and Mary Koly (Burch); her sister Rita; and her brother-in-law Dean. She is survived by: her husband Chester Forfinski; her children, Karen Eha (David), Scott Forfinski (Denise) and Julie Nicholson (Michael); her brother John Koly (Arlene) of St. Louis, Missouri; her grandchildren, Mackenzie, Mitchell (Hayley), Madelyn Kontak, Emma, Max Forfinski, Kaden and Delaney Nicholson; and her cousin Diane Wheeler of Lodi. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
