She was predeceased by: her brother Dennis Van Camp. She is survived by: her spouses, Charles Bollen and Chuck; her children, Kevin (Debbie) and Kristina; her grandchildren, Kelly Kolody (Steve), Tom Holland (Jamie) and Gracie Kolody; and her brothers, Rick Van Camp (Karen) of Jackson, MI and Bob Van Camp of Hillsdale, MI. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorials are preferred to Hospice of Douglas County, Lowell & Ruth Gess UMC Eye Hospital and the United Methodist Church in Alexandria.
