He was predeceased by: his parents, James Kotsifas and Katina Kotsifas; his wife Donna Kotsifas; his siblings, Thomas Kotsifas (Eva), George J. Kotsifas and Mary Kotsifas; and his brothers-in-law, William Cochran and Charles McFadden.
He is survived by: his children, Charles Kotsifas (Heide), Katina King and Melissa Snider; his grandchildren, Rachel and Jared Kotsifas; and his sisters-in-law, Ruth McFadden and Myrna Cochran. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be given to Jenison Bible Church.
