She was predeceased by: her daughter Denise Marie Petkus; and her husband Kenneth Joseph Petkus Sr.. She is survived by: her sons, Ken Petkus, Michael Petkus (Kendra), Richard Petkus (Melinda) and Anthony Petkus (Emily). She is also survived by 12 grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; and many nieces, nephews, and friends.
