He is survived by: his children, Lisa Costa (Alex), Diana LaRocque (Rick), Debra Zlydaszyk (Jim) and Jim Van Dokkumburg (Carla); his grandchildren, Mike (Kimberlee), Dan (Magdalena), Aubrey Johnson, Christian (Sarah), Chase Moreno, Ally, Sam, Ben Zlydaszyk (Ky) and Jameson (Elena Van Dokkumburg); his great grandchildren, Bryson Johnson, Giselle, Jade and Jagger Conley; his brother Webb Van Dokkumburg (Ruth Mary); and his sister-in-law Arlene Zandstra (Chuck).
Visitation was held on Monday, February 10th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Tuesday, February 11th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM. A funeral service was held on Tuesday, February 11th 2025 at 11:00 AM at 1571 Baldwin St, Jenison, MI 49428.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital or Calvin University.
