She was predeceased by: her parents, John VanArk and Alyda VanArk; her parents-in-law, Andrew "Bud" and Clara Katsma; her siblings, Gloria Slagter and Bunk VanArk; and her siblings-in-law, Warren Nysson, Lloyd Slagter, Vic Katsma, Mary Katsma and Molly Katsma.
She is survived by: her husband Bob Katsma; her children, Susan Martinie (Chuck) and Tim Katsma; her siblings-in-law, Norma VanArk and Russ Katsma; and her grandchildren, Gabby, Allie, Maddy, Nick and Brandon Katsma. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, extended family, and friends.
