He is survived by: his wife Elaine Elzinga; his children, Curtis, Kimberly Elzinga, Lisa and Steven Kuiper; his grandchildren, Brandon, Yvonne Elzinga, Tyler, Joanne Elzinga, Josiah, Samantha Kuiper and Katelyn Kuiper; and his brothers, Allen Elzinga, Terry and Sandy Elzinga. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
