He was predeceased by: his wife Betty (Zeeryp); his parents, Alvin Cooley and Doris Cooley; his stepfather Ed Brunick; and his siblings, Madeline Blakesley, Vivian Stowell, Bill Cooley, Elwood Cooley, Dorothea Borgman and Pauline Jeffers.
He is survived by: his sister Barbara Fauble; his great-nephews, Dustin Ingersoll and Cory Ingersoll; and also Sharon (Al Ingersoll). He is also survived by several other nieces and nephews.
