He was predeceased by: his father Richard Witteveen; and his brother Scott Witteveen. He is survived by: his wife Brenda; his children, Rachael Martens (Nathan) and Richard Taylor Witteveen; his grandchildren, Trevor, Trenton and Kolton Martens; his mother Gloria Schutz (Jim); and his niece Morgan Kleinjans (Doug).
