It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Richard Ellis Jr. of Jenison, Michigan, who passed away on July 8, 2024, at the age of 68, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard Ellis and Rosalee Ellis; and his sister Rinda Ellis. He is survived by: his wife Lisa Ellis; his daughters, Theresa Lester (Don) and Sarah Bedard (Dennis); his grandchildren, Gabriel Bedard, Jade Bedard, Seth Campbell and Jacob Campbell; his sister-in-law Sylvia Cherry (Fred); his nieces, Susan Cherry and Kathryn Cherry; his nephew Charles Cherry; and his siblings-in-law, Dana Platte (Gayle), John Platte (Diane), Loretta Ottenwess and Linda Platte. He is also survived by several other nieces and nephews.
