He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy Pell and Dorothy Pell; his parents-in-law, Eldon and Sally McNair; and his nephew Scott McNair.

He is survived by: his daughter Staci Perkins (Matt); his granddaughter Adele R. Perkins; his brothers, Don Pell (Janet), Tom Pell (Ruth) and Larry Pell (Nancy); his siblings-in-law, Judy Grooters and David McNair (Kathy); and his nieces and nephews, Stephanie Baker (Michael), Heather McNair, Hannah McNair, Ana McNair, Nancy Goldie (David), Jennifer Pell, Joshua Mc Nair (Jennie), Kevin Pell (Jamie), Jason Pell, Eric Pell (Tiffany) and Keith Pell (Lina).
