She was predeceased by: her husband Gerald Veeneman; and her son Ron Veeneman. She is survived by: her children, Deb, Al Wiersema, Jim and Sue Veeneman; her grandchildren, Scott, Stacy Albers, Jeremy, Liz Wiersema, Samantha Veeneman, Brandon, Kaylee Bott, Abigail Veeneman, Jenny, Joe Hornacek and Nick Veeneman; and her brother-in-law Jerry Oosterhouse. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

Those who wish may make memorial contributions to Emmanuel Hospice.
