She was predeceased by: her husband Roger DeBack; her parents, Ray Oosterhouse and Wilma Oosterhouse; and her brothers, Larry and Roger Oosterhouse.
She is survived by: her children, Doug (June Kuiper), Kreig (Laura Kuiper), Kristeen (Dave Becker), Dawn (Jim VanderWeide) and Darrin DeBack; her sister Marcia (Jim Vogt); and her sister-in-law Mary June Oosterhouse. She is also survived by 22 grandchildren and 11 great grandchildren.
