Marlene Prins Obituary

With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Marlene Prins of Jenison, Michigan, who passed away on April 9, 2023 at the age of 90. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her sister Joan O'Hara (Bob); and her siblings-in-law, Jeannette Faber (Jan), Hank Prins (Trace), Gerrit Prins, Harry Prins and Arnie Prins (Harriet).

She is survived by: her husband Martin; her children, Mike (Sue Prins), Doug (Kerry Prins), Beth (Joe Yoskovich), Laurie Takens and Amy (Mike Rundhaug); her grandchildren, Taylor Prins (Jackie), Ginger Herman (Pete), Jacob Cerda, Stephanie Sanford (Lonny), Abby Devich (Mark), Rachel Yoskovich, Hannah Le (Phong), Josh Takens (Alicia), Alison Westhuis (Austin), Whitney Ritsema (Joe), Micaela Rundhaug and Jordan Rundhaug; her great grandchildren, Eli, McKenna Prins, Cora Sanford, Henry Devich, Ayla Braun, Kolson Stacy, Porter, Malia Westhuis, Brynley and Grady Ritsema; her brother Phil VanHuesen (Vange); and her sisters-in-law, Winnie Prins and Lorraine Prins. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
