She was predeceased by: her great grandchild Lucas VanSprange. She is survived by: her husband Harvey; and her children, Ralph Haverkamp, Linda VanSprange, Tom (Amy Haverkamp), Susan (Tom Steigenga), Jim (Lynnell Haverkamp) and David (Julie Haverkamp). She is also survived by 18 grandchildren; 40 great-grandchildren; sisters.

Those who wish may make memorial contributions to the Pine Rest Patient Assistance Fund.
