She is survived by: her husband Todd Veenhuis; her children, Amanda Carpenter and Jared Carpenter (Alaina Mead) of Portland; her parents, Jerry Yonker and Bonnie Yonker (Boersma) of Bethany; and her sisters, Tammy Yonker of Bethany, Jodi (Dave DeMots), Amy (Marc Morris) and Mindy (Bret Feinauer). She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
The family suggests that in lieu of flowers remembrances may be made to American Brain Tumor Association.
