She is survived by: her sons, Paul Sikkema and Dan Sikkema (Cindy); her grandchildren, Yuri Sikkema (Katie), Nick Sikkema (Laura), Emily Murphy (Tim), Matthew Sikkema (Andrea) and Rachael Perrottet-Sikkema (Vanessa); and her brothers, Al Koetje (Carol) and Rich Koetje (Judy). She is also survived by ten great-grandchildren; one great-great-grandchild.
