He is survived by: his parents, Bob Haisma and Shelly Haisma (TerAvest); his sister Kelsey Haisma (Bill Kelly); his niece Breslynn Kelly; his nephew Lane Kelly; his grandfather Bob TerAvest; his uncle Jeff TerAvest; and his grandmother Karen Haisma. He is also survived by several Aunts and cousins.
