He was predeceased by: his wife Linda. He is survived by: his children, Jim, Tricia Everett, Jeff and Christine Everett; his grandchildren, James, Ashley, Joshua, Cory, Nate and Zach; his great grandchild Savannah; his brother Robert (Carol Everett); his sister-in-law Lorie Thompson; and his adoptive daughter Carole Cruickshank. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
