He was predeceased by: his wife Margaret; his daughter Sharon Green; and his granddaughter Melissa Zuverink. He is survived by: his children, Shirley Meyer (Paul), Rick Zuverink (Sandy), Sheila Kuipers (Doug) and Ronald Zuverink (Jodi); his son-in-law Jeff Green (Sherry); his brothers, John Zuverink (Annie) and Don Zuverink; and his siblings-in-law, Mildred Glass, Alice Eggleston and Les Berkenpas.
