With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Fern G. Wiersum (Jenison, Michigan), who passed away on July 21, 2018. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Henry Spronk and Alma Spronk; her parents-in-law, Carl Wiersum and Theresa Wiersum; her sister-in-law Debra Spronk; and her nephew Clinton Spronk.

She is survived by: her husband Carl; her grandchildren, Brian Wiersum, Amy Wiersum, Carla Schaaf, Robert Schaaf, Kevin Wiersum, Amber Wiersum, Krista Selvig and Ernie Selvig; and her brothers, Delmar Spronk, Jolene Spronk, Leon Spronk, Cynthia Spronk, Gordon Spronk, Randall Spronk and Beth Spronk.

In lieu of flowers, those who wish may make memorial contributions to Rehoboth Christian School.
