He is survived by: his wife Elaine; his children, David Hogan Jr., Katie and Terry Brandt; his grandchildren, Taylor, Madison, Samantha, Justin and Skylar; his siblings, Mike, Cheri Hogan, Mark Hogan, Sheila Hogan, Valerie Kross, Audrey and John Teske; and his brother-in-law Roger. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
