He was predeceased by: his parents, James Haverdink and Alice Haverdink; his son Chad Haverdink; and his siblings-in-law, Lee Schild, Jan Haverdink, Fran Haverdink, Marvin, Verna Bremer, Nelson, Myrtle Verbeek and Shirley Lambers.
He is survived by: his wife Donna; his children, Dean, Jani Haverdink, Kip and Pam Haverdink; his grandchildren, Carleigh Ashenfelter (Zach), Courtney Nixon (Jack), Jared Haverdink, Caitlin Haverdink of Connor Haverdink, K. J, Mia VanDyken (Cameron) and Aliya Haverdink; his siblings, Wayne Haverdink, Marian Schild, Ken Haverdink (Cheryl), Gord Haverdink, Barb Peuler (Bill) and Audrey Palmitier (Randy); and his brother-in-law Will Lambers. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
