He is survived by: his wife Valerie Velthouse; his grandchildren, Ryan, Kristin Velthouse, Patrick and Julie Velthouse; his mother-in-law Elaine Postmus; his siblings, Robert, Sue Velthouse, Debra, Tom Polmanteer and Maria Velthouse; and his in-laws, Vicki, Ross Phillips, Vonnie Bosman, Terry Postmus, Brenda and Terry Luyk. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
