He was predeceased by: his father Edward Horvath; his brother Scott Horvath; and his brother-in-law Fred Fogal. He is survived by: his wife Deanne Fogal; his children, Shelbi Hinojosa (Dan Vanbuskirk) and Michael Coyne (Erika); his grandsons, Ayden, Gage, Brody Hinojosa and Michael Coyne; his siblings, Brad Horvath (Brenda), Kathy Kelly and Terry Scoble; and his siblings-in-law, Jim Fogal (Connie), Don Fogal (Marci), Jeff Ludy, Debbie Fogal and Lynette Horvath. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
