He is survived by: his daughter Margaret Pifer (Michael); his stepchildren, Tammy Mellert (Brian) and Donald McFarland (Rebecca); his grandchildren, Lacey Hood, Rachel Connelly (Josh), Michael Pifer, Andrew Gerber (Nicole), Lindsay Hart and Kelly Gerber; his great grandchildren, Quinn Hood, Jameson Hood, Fallon Connelly, Colton, Bentlee, Ambree and Sydnee; his siblings, Dorothy Sanford, William Gerber, Judith Gerber, Joan Shoebottom, Edna Turner and James Gerber (Linda); and his daughter-in-law Barb Gerber. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
