Though his name may fade from the lips of time, the imprint Chester Matt leaves upon the hearts of his loved ones remains eternally vivid — a testament to the depth of his spirit and the richness of his legacy.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Chester Sr. Brown and Margaret Brown; his son Steven Brown; his siblings, James Brown (Joyce) and Martha Martin (Robert); his nieces, Andrea Varney, Tracy Green and Sue Clay; and his nephew Michael Martin.
He is survived by: his wife Gail Buell; and his sister-in-law Linda Varney (Ben). He is also survived by children; many grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
