It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Linwood Irene Winzeler of Jasper, Michigan, who passed away on January 5, 2021, at the age of 96, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, William Wotring and Velmer Wotring (Baker); her husband George Winzeler; her brothers, Stanley and Lawrence Wotring; and her granddaughter Marcia Lyn.
She is survived by: her children, Gene Winzeler (Elaine) of Jasper, Lynn Winzeler (Sue) of Marysville, MI and Candace Fritz (Don) of Blissfield; her grandchildren, Melanie Brindamour (Steve), Brad Fritz (Megan), Danika Loe (Bennett), Patrick Winzeler (Lindsey), Stefanie Winzeler and Marc Winzeler; and her friends, Ketil Solvik-Olsen and Chet Hudson. She is also survived by nine great grandchildren.
Due to the COVID-19 pandemic funeral services for Linwood will be held privately for the family.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions would be appreciated to Hospice of Lenawee because their incredible caregiving and assistance allowed the family to keep her home until her final journey to heaven.
