He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Cleo Pifer and Mildred Pifer (Broadbeck); his spouse Hilda Fuhrer; his daughter-in-law Eleanor Pifer; and his children, Helen Marie Albright (Donald) of Adrian, MI, Darrel Pifer of Jasper, MI and Jean Ann Sorowiec (Michael) of Ellenton, FL.
