With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Barbara Willnow of Jasper, Michigan, born in Adrian, Michigan, who passed away on December 18, 2023 at the age of 79. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Clarence Dulaney and Lucille Dulaney (Boss); her great grandchild Connor; and her brother Larry Dulaney. She is survived by: her husband Harlan; her children, Rocky Willnow (Penny), Annette Francoeur (Michael), Michelle McNeil and Deborah Hewitt (Matthew); her grandchildren, Andrew, Jessica, Katrina, Nicholas, Chelsea, Dakota, Erin, David, Brianna, Jeremiah, Joseph, Noah, Makayla, Olivia and Savannah; her sister Beverly Green; and her sister-in-law Judy Sayers. She is also survived by 15 great grandchildren.
