He was predeceased by: his mother-in-law Shirley Van Dyken. He is survived by: his wife Susan; his grandchildren, Austin Frank, Aaron, Emily Frank, Allison, Rafael Mosquera and Adrian Frank; his parents, Robert Frank and Valorie Frank; his sister Amy Frank; his father-in-law Gerrit Van Dyken; and his siblings-in-law, Jerry, Deb VanDyken, Lynn, Gary McClure, Randy, Dawn VanDyken, Rob and Libby Van Dyken. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
