He was predeceased by: his parents, Theron Maples and Edna Maples (Bidlack); his wife Kathleen Maples; and his siblings, Eva, Reno, Forey, Bernadine, Loretta, Emerson, Gerry, Norman and Jean.
He is survived by: his daughters, Pam Kestner (Steve), Kitty Jonas (Fredd) and LeAnn Boley (Bill). He is also survived by ten grandchildren; thirteen great grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.
