He is survived by: his fiancée Kourtny Hood; his sons, Hunter Sean and Jerald Raymond Chappel; his parents, Mike Chappel and Beth Chappel; his sister Ericka Fulton (William); his grandparent Romona Lienhart (Louis); and his close friend Tim McCafferty. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.
