The memory of Robert V. Calbert of Jackson, Michigan, who passed away on January 18, 2025 at the age of 85, will forever remain in the hearts of those touched by this precious presence in their lives. He was predeceased by: his wife Anita; his daughters, Vicki Stevens and Theresa Pluta; and his brother Raymond. He is survived by: his children, Kevin Calbert (Evelyn) and Robbin Leighty (Tim); his sons-in-law, Dan Pluta and Tom Stevens; and his siblings, Don Calbert (Sharon), Catherine LaVan (Dan) and Mary Benn (Duane). He is also survived by eleven grandchildren; several great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Friday, January 24th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Desnoyer Funeral Home (204 N Blackstone St, Jackson, MI 49201). A funeral service will be held on Friday, January 24th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, contributions to the American Cancer Society would be appreciated.
