With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Phyllis Jeane Elder of Jackson, Michigan, who passed away on March 19, 2025 at the age of 90. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Earl Pelton and Mary Pelton (Taylor). She is survived by: her children, Cindy Bladen (Jeff), Jerry Green (Patty) and David Elder, Jr.; her grandchildren, Merry Hodges, Brian Bladen, Donnie Bladen, Cassie Smith, Matthew Elder and Quinn Elder; and her brother Paul Truax (Alberta). She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, contributions can be made in her honor to Clermont Church of the Nazarene – 3330 1st Avenue – Indianapolis, Indiana 46234.
