She was predeceased by: her parents, Delbert Charles and Virginia Lucille Pierce Weathers; and her husband Harold Webb. She is survived by: her brothers, Dennis (Jean) and Chuck Weathers; her children, Steven Schafer, Douglas Smith (Ivette), Michelle Plum (Ken), Melissa Smith and Dan Smith (Tara); and her grandchildren, Ashley, Heidi Smith, Josh Friedel, Kenny, Lilly Plum, Jackson, Jayna King, Brayden, Cole, Macy Smith and Sabrina Gonzalez. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins, as well as many special neighbors and friends.
