It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Lois Jean Riegel of Jackson, Michigan, who passed away on December 19, 2024, at the age of 94, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
As we bid farewell to this cherished soul, solace is taken in the memories held dear — the laughter shared, the wisdom imparted, the moments of quiet reflection in their presence. Though Lois Jean may no longer walk among us, her spirit lives on in the echoes of her kindness, the warmth of her embrace, and the light of her enduring love.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Snyder and Delma Snyder (Anderson); her brother Jerry Snyder; and her husband Thomas Riegel. She is survived by: her sons, James Riegel of Jackson and Robert Riegel of Jackson.
Visitation was held on Sunday, December 22nd 2024 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Mills Funeral Home - Shelly-Odell Chapel (518 S Main St, Eaton Rapids, MI 48827). A graveside service was held on Monday, December 23rd 2024 from 2:00 PM to 2:30 PM at the Rosehill Cemetery West Street (1210 West St, Eaton Rapids, MI 48827).
