With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Lois Jean Riegel of Jackson, Michigan, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on December 19, 2024 at the age of 94. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
As Lois Jean departs from this earthly realm, her essence lingers — a whisper on the wind, a ripple on the water — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of life and death. Though Lois Jean may no longer walk beside us, her spirit lives on in the memories and the legacy Lois Jean leaves behind.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Snyder and Delma Snyder (Anderson); her brother Jerry Snyder; and her husband Thomas Riegel. She is survived by: her sons, James Riegel of Jackson and Robert Riegel of Jackson.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, December 22nd 2024 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Mills Funeral Home - Shelly-Odell Chapel (518 S Main St, Eaton Rapids, MI 48827). A graveside service will be held on Monday, December 23rd 2024 from 2:00 PM to 2:30 PM at the Rosehill Cemetery West Street (1210 West St, Eaton Rapids, MI 48827).
