She was predeceased by: her parents, Edward Ottinger and Marcella Ottinger (King); her husband William Charles Ottinger; and her brother James Cyphers. She is survived by: her children, Phillip Ottinger (Angela), William "Billy" Ottinger (Angie), Bradley Ottinger (Lisa) and Alicia Mills (James); her brother Edward "Ed" Cyphers; and her friends, Tracey Landon and Linda Grimsley. She is also survived by several grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
