He was predeceased by: his wife Bonnie; his parents, Stella and Frank; and his brothers, Michael and Bud Romanowski.
He is survived by: his daughters, Jade Beard (David) and Carly Tenniswood (Stuart); his granddaughters, Georgia, Nina and Mara; and his siblings, Suzanne Fitzpatrick (Jerry), Margaret Walicki and Joseph Romanowski. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Thursday, January 16th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Desnoyer Funeral Home (204 N Blackstone St, Jackson, MI 49201). A Mass of Christian burial was held on Friday, January 17th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the St. Stanislaus Kostka Chapel (608 S Elm Ave, Jackson, MI 49203).
