He was predeceased by: his parents, Eugene Hinkley and LaMoine Hinkley; his brother Eugene "Geno" Hinkley; his brother-in-law Theodore Campbell; his nephew Gary Hinkley; and his niece Pam Hinkley.
He is survived by: his wife Marlene; his children, Brian Hinkley (Connie) and Lisa Maceri (Tony); his grandchildren, Breanna Davey (Tommy), Brooke Smith (Steve), Steven Hoppe (Alysia) and Jess Romeo (Kate); his sister Susan "Susie" Campbell; and his brother-in-law Gayle Hinkle (Donna). He is also survived by nine great grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, September 24th 2024 from 9:30 AM to 10:30 AM at the Hampton Funeral Homes - Jackson (4204 Ann Arbor Rd, Jackson, MI 49202). A memorial service was held on Tuesday, September 24th 2024 at 10:30 AM at the same location.
